Bluestone Announces Westmont Acquisition
Bluestone Healthcare Partners will be developing a new 3-story 65,000 square foot Class A medical office building at 725 Pasquinelli Drive in Westmont, Illinois, located in the highly competitive western suburban medical market. The property has over 500 feet of frontage on Route 83 and is conveniently accessible via a new interchange at Ogden Avenue.

"The Westmont, Hinsdale, and Oak Brook medical markets are very vulnerable to outside competition," says Brad Wilson, Principal of Bluestone Healthcare Partners. "We believe that this location will serve as a strategic outpost for one of the medical systems that is currently competing for this location.
